How dinner works
There is one menu of three courses and little choice within it, which is the only way a kitchen this size cooks properly for thirty-two people. Tell us about allergies when you enquire and the kitchen will work around them without a fuss.
Breakfast is included. Dinner is charged separately and needs confirming by lunchtime on the day. The late tray exists because the walk back from the quay takes twelve minutes uphill, and everything on the basin has shut.
The restaurant is open to people who are not staying, which keeps it honest, but staying guests always have a place if they ask before six.
